Why a chassis measuring system matters
You cannot certify a structural repair by eye. A measuring system compares the actual dimensions of the repaired shell against the manufacturer's data for that vehicle, so you know the pull is finished and the geometry is correct.
We supply Autorobot EzCalipre, which measures during the pull rather than only afterwards. That means the technician can watch the shell come back into tolerance in real time instead of repeatedly setting up and re-checking.
Vehicle data is the other half of the system. New models arrive constantly, so we supply data updates to keep the measuring system current with the vehicles coming through your shop.

- Why do I need a chassis measuring system?
- Structural repairs must return the shell to manufacturer dimensions. A measuring system verifies that objectively and produces documentation insurers and approved repairer programmes expect.
- Do measuring systems need data updates?
- Yes. Vehicle data has to be kept current as new models are released, otherwise the system cannot compare a newer vehicle against factory dimensions. We supply updates.
- Does the measuring system work with any chassis bench?
- EzCalipre is designed to work alongside chassis straightening equipment, including the benches we supply. Contact us with your current bench and we will confirm compatibility.
